I worked with Patrick after getting stalled in my weight loss journey. He initially helped me with my nutrition and after meeting with me and having me change some things in my diet, the weight started to come off almost effortlessly! I lost 15 pounds in about 5-6 weeks!!! It was exactly what I needed to kick me back into weight loss and boost my confidence to keep going! We also did strength training sessions at the gym and I saw some great muscle growth and toning! But probably the best thing is Patrick made me feel extremely comfortable the whole process.
