I learned how to live a healthier lifestyle both nutritionally and physically working with Cat Palm. Not only did she offer me advice about how to better myself but gave the daily support needed to get through the challenge. I really loved the personalized workout plans and felt they were doable and appreciated the goal setting advice she gave me along the way. I would 100% suggest Palm Training to anybody and everybody I could. Cat Palm helped me realize that I could do anything I set my mind to and I never felt more capable to become more physically active in my life. Her realness and honesty kept me going and unlike other trainers, she truly cares. If I could train with her forever I would. Take the chance and work with her, it will be beyond worth it.

Palm Training really catered to my goals and needs for accountability when it came to my workout routine. Cat not only creates your workouts but she checks in on you to make sure that you’re working out effectively and safely. She is the perfect mix of professional and personal, and as a client I’ve always appreciated her accessibility and willingness to be there for you and your goals. Her video breakdowns of the workouts are always clear and I never feel like I’m going into a workout or gym environment blind. In the current climate Cat effectively caters what workout equipment you have readily available and creates a great mix of HIIT and weight training routines. To top it off her knowledge of nutrition and the tips she provides based on her own experience and practices has really helped me revamp and add to recipes I make for myself that are not only good but also keep me where I need to be in relationship to my overall goals and health. If you’re looking for a trainer who really knows what they’re doing and will really care to help you with your fitness goals and keep your progress in mind then Palm Training is your go to.

My time working with Cat was nothing less then excellent and educational. From workouts to nutrition, Cat created a plan to help me reach my set goals. She is a very motivated, inspiring, and hard worker. By the end of my program, I had noticed physical changes I didn't know I could obtain! Although the scale didn't budge much, my muscle tone was increasing and I was noticeably looking so much leaner! The workouts are intense, but sooo worth the outcome and are fun to do! She tailors them to your capabilities. I also was never hungry on her plan. I have always eaten low carb to lose weight and it always failed me because I would give up and binge. She had me eating carbs and I actually felt full to the point where I had a hard time getting my calories in! If you are looking into getting a personal training, I would very much recommend you get in touch with Cat!

I’ve been working with Cat for exactly one month now, and I can see results not only with my body BUT also with my mentality and energy. I’ve been practicing handstands for the first time and I wake up early naturally without feeling sluggish. The first two weeks were brutal, but with time, the soreness decreased and the motivation increased. She gives you a REALISTIC plan and not some guaranteed six pack-in-three months “talk”. The goals are based on what we want to achieve and yes, when we work out together it’s virtual...but it works! The workouts don’t take two hours or even one hour, but they still kick my booty!!! No. Excuses. Anymore. Bye bye Covid fluff! Looking forward to these next two months with Cat!

Catalina designed my workouts keeping in mind my limitations - and I still got a workout that was challenging but didn’t leave my body needlessly hurting. I am seeing results and staying motivated!
