Introduction: I think the way my program stands out from a lot of trainers is that I will customize a plan specifically for you based on weight, body fat, age, goals etc. This isn't you just coming in and working out, this is making sure everything is custom tailored to fit your goals and schedule! I make sure that every part of the guessing game is taken out so you can learn as much as possible and be as stress free as possible. I promise you, if you follow my guidance, you can get to where you want to be. Personal interaction with the Clients. I am a big people person and I try to make everything as fun and carefree as possible. I extremely personable and I believe that in this business personal interaction is absolutely key. It is called personal training after all.

It's hard to know where to begin when starting off describing the training experience with Sam, suffice to say that it was the most beneficial, positive, comfortable, and informational fitness decision I could have ever made. Sam is incredibly knowledgeable and draws upon that knowledge to custom-tailor nutrition and workout plans that directly match your goals as an individual. Each workout is different, challenging and has taught me something new about how to approach fitness. Sam is an awesome trainer! He will provide you the knowledge, motivation and encouragement you need to get results!! Sam also has a vast knowledge on nutrition, explaining the foods you should and should not eat to change your lifestyle. I have lost 50lbs thus far and am looking forward to becoming my healthiest me!! I can't thank him enough for the tools to get me this far!! -April Leberfing ( k5 teacher )

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I've been around fitness and sports my whole life. It was a natural decision and one of the best I've made in my life. I broke my back in a snowboarding accident and while on bed rest got into learning more about training and how the body works. It's been a great journey and introduced me to some of the best people I have had the pleasure of knowing.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling, In home/at gym workouts, Life Coaching, workout planning and meal planning.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Find a trainer that you feel comfortable with. If you are not comfortable with your trainer, you wont feel comfortable in your workouts. If you feel comfortable you will be motivated and want to push yourself.
