- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our property management pricing is simple, we bill you back for any outside services rendered, and our fees range from $30-$80 per hour for maintenance, administrative or other professional services. Basic management fees for residential units are $75 per unit with a $100 monthly minimum management fee. Commercial units are 5% of base rents. For project management, we charge 5% of the project cost as management fee. For painting projects pricing typically runs $150-200 per room depending on color choices, trim, ceilings, and number of rooms/areas. Pricing becomes more project-based the more work we do with you over time. For maintenance, repair and rehab pricing, larger jobs are typically project based, smaller projects and tasks may be hourly and range from approximately $30-80 an hour depending on the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial meeting is always a get-to-know-each-other session. Includes back and forth of information swapping, answering of any questions, addressing any challenges or ideas for personal situations. I like to be open and honest and make sure we can work well together, I will always tell you if I don't think that would be a good idea.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Realtor and therefore I am required to take continuing education classes. I also stay current on the landlord-tenant laws of the state as well. I am a current member of the Milwaukee REIA (Real Estate Investors Association), Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Realtors Association, National Association of Realtors
