- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system. My fees are pretty set in stone. However, I do a lot of volunteer projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to chat on the phone and email, to learn as much about the business and venue I will be speaking at. No cookie cutter presentations here!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always taking courses to recertify my speaking and counseling skills. I volunteer with many different organizations that help me keep up on the "cutting edge" skills that everyone wants to learn about.
