I work for an attorney in a small business. We have a huge, old, out of style, printer, copier, scaner all in one. When it first crashed, I started looking around for copier repair places. Most places wanted to charge outragous fees, not to mention we had to take them our machine, and was told they needed it for as much as up to 5 business days. Being a law firm, we could not afford to have our machine out that long. I found JSB Toner Services. His service was excellent. First, he came to our office to fix our machine, which is a huge help, considering how big our machine is. Any parts that needed to be ordered where done so and installed within a day or two. It did not cost anything for him to come back a second time to install parts. Jason was able to come to our office to diagnose our problem on the same day. (Once or twice the following day) He is right down the block from us, so being local is a plus for us. His fees are extremely reasonable. He did what he could to find us the best part(s) at reasonable prices. Jason was able to find the problem each and every single time. There has been nothing negative that I have seen in his proformance or work yet. We have used his services for about two- three years, and we will continue to use his service. With the type of machine we have, we generally have to call for his services every 1-3 months. Keep up the good work JSB Toner Services. Thanks.

Toner always delivered in a timely manner. Have never had a problem with cartridge failure. Price is very competitive. Overall I am very satisfied and will reorder again..

Jason has been servicing our printers for almost 3 years. He has been great to work with. I also order our toner from him and with the Fleet Agreement we have the pricing is great.
