My name is Trisha. Brandi Berner did an amazing job with helping me find a job that fit my career path! She was very helpful and able to help me find a job in a short matter of time! I recommend her to anyone that is looking for a job or needs help with resume building! Thanks again, Brandi! :)
I've been going to Marva for yoga classes since I was in high school. She helped me stay flexible through my pregnancy, and now my husband sees her for reiki healing. She does amazing work and is a wonderfully kind soul!
I am a IT Technician who was faced with a decision that would affect both my personal and professional life. My position was being outsourced to another company and I was faced with the decision of either taking the new outsourced job or to leave and hopefully find another position. I needed guidance and a partner to help me sort out this decision and so I reached out to Jeff. Over the time we have spent together in discussions, and assessments, I realized Jeff has a great way of looking at the world and has helped me gain perspective both professionally and personally. It was his style of coaching which made me realize many insights into my personal and professional strengths which I had not realized that I had. Since working with Jeff, I have been more confident at work, better able to communicate my needs to colleagues and superiors, and even been selected for promotion. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who wants to explore their professional possibilities and gain confidence in their career direction. Moving forward in my life personally and professionally, I will always reach back out to work with Jeff when faced with critical career decisions.
During a career transition Jennifer guided me on a discovery of my innate passions, and then encouraged me to explore a life and career path driven by these passions that truly motivate me. Fast forward and these days I get up every morning and work on projects that bring me joy and truly engage me. I'm simply happy. I will always be grateful to Jennifer for the work we did together. She's insightful, inspiring, professional. Plus she's just fun to be around.
I'm writing to you today to express my support and thanks to Suzan Hayden, astrologer, for her wonderful guidance and counseling over the past few years. Several years ago I experienced the death of my husband. I found myself at a difficult crossroads in life, trying to be a single parent of two teenagers and, at the same time, attempting to carve out a new identity and career for myself. A great portion of my existence was spent in worry and anxiety. I definitely needed to figure out who I was and who I wanted to become. I met a friend who was interested in astrology and through her, I became progressively intrigued by "the stars". Then I picked up a copy of an astrological publication one day and saw Suzan's advertisement. I gave her a call and the rest is history! I was immediately comforted by her soothing manner and her sense of humor...I remember thinking, "here is a real person I can relate to"! She has opened my eyes to alot of truths about myself and my past that I had a hard time facing. She's also helped me to recognize my strengths and how to utilize them. I mean, let's face it, anyone who can actually make you feel somewhat positive about having a moon in Scorpio with several squares to it has a real talent! I can't tell you how much I look forward to my weekly (well, sometimes biweekly!) phone sessions with Suzan. It's so enlightening when she helps me discover that there are astrological reasons why I am feeling or acting a certain way and that if I know what is coming up, I can prepare myself and work with the aspects that are ocurring in my chart. Looking back over the past few years, I can clearly see that I've made a considerable amount of progress and I give Suzan lots of credit for that. Thanks again, Suzan, for your continued guidance and support. I love you. Sincerely, Mary Jane D., San Diego
In the summer of 2014 I began counseling with MABEL. This was a turning point in my life. MABEL helped me through a difficult divorce, and a family members addiction. Through counseling, I was able to Identify my values and passions. To address life's problems with strategies instead of emotions. To this day, I review the notes I have accrued and use the tools given to me.
It is pretty easy to understand the quality of Julie's work-- I was looking for a job for about 3 months. Than Julie re-wrote my resume and within 2 weeks I got 6 interview and eventually a job.
Mark has his Balance sheet approach has been invaluable in helping me organize my life. I'm a single mom with 3 kids and have so many to-do'so, I was struggling with how to get it all done without losing my own sense of self and making some time for things I enjoy. His counseling, great perspective, and visual and interactive Balance sheet were amazing tools to help me figure it all out. Being able to visually see my goals and move things around in my life and check in outside of our sessions really helped keep me on track and focused.
Betty helped me immensely with my resume and job search. She worked on it with me to make it more professional and resonate with prospective employers. We had several in depth meetings about what I wanted to do with my degree, what type of jobs that interested me, where I'd like to live, what kind of work environment suited me, etc. Before working with Betty I had little idea of the direction I wanted to move with my career. Betty helped me pursue jobs I was passionate about. When I was chosen for an interview Betty helped me prepare by coming up with some potential interview questions and talking me through some things I should expect. Her advice was crucial and I felt confident and relaxed during the interview and ended up landing the job. I would recommend Achieve Career Consulting to anyone. Betty does everything she can to help you succeed and put you on track to have the career you've always wanted.
Tim was very helpful in talking through some important topics prior to our marriage. We found his insight extremely useful and loved his attitude and personality. He also performed a beautiful legal ceremony for us in Lincoln Park. Being that he's an old family friend of my parents, it was even more special to be able to have him legally wed us. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for counseling or an officiant for their big day!
Pastor Cowan was GREAT!!! The encouraging words that he gave me and my husband stands in our head on a daily.
Rev. Overholt met several times with the Bride and Groom about what their wedding should entail and what marriage means. She talked them thru writing their own vows and how to read them with a group of people listening. She was wonderful and everyone said she did an awesome job. I would highly recommend her services. Thank you for a job well done.
I stand beside each client, sharing their highs and lows. I am a what-you-see-is-what-you-get person, and am not afraid to wear my heart on my sleeve! Everyone is an individual and, like snowflakes, no two are alike! I don't have one-size-fits-all programs. Each client receives personalized attention. Cookie cutter programs do not work! I am a man of Faith, and respect everyone's beliefs. I know God has a plan, yet won't preach to my clients-unless they are comfortable with sharing. Many people start with me as a CLIENT, and end up as a FRIEND...
