I had windows installed in my deck. He was the only contractor who suggested reinforcing the structure to support the weight of the windows. He completed the installation in the time frame quoted, he and his workers arrived early to set up, and installation was perfect, and building materials cleaned up and hauled away. My neighbors have shown interest in him after seeing his work. I will be using Room 2 Room Construction for future projects.

Had three windows installed, which only took about 2 hours. The team was very friendly and professional, and they showed me the features on my windows after they were installed. Would definitely recommend, and I plan on using them to finish the remaining windows in my house.

We recently had Rick install 2 new bedroom windows as well as one large sliding window in our kitchen. Rick was extremely knowledgeable about our options and was able to help us pick out the perfect new window style for our kitchen. He returned calls promptly and was very friendly and professional. We received several quotes and Rick's price was among the lowest. We now have plans to have Rick do some kitchen updating for us as well! Overall great experience from start to finish!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It all depends. Most of the time I would like to see the job, but with a few questions answered I can give a rough estimate. For example, window pricing is based on size, style and color.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers face to face. It's more formal and sincere. Anyone can talk on the phone or send an email. I also like to email the estimate. This way i can itemize it so they see what individual costs are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have lead safe license, state license and continues training.
