- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always say a good rule of thumb is the lowest price isn't always the best. We've had a lot and I mean a lot of calls to fix other companies mistakes. We do guarantee the work for life of your equipment meaning 10 years down the road if you ever encounter a problem we'll be here to fix it at no additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll do Analysis for your specific installation and give you multiple options on what we think would work the best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone that works for us has a minimum of five years experience in there Field of expertise
