Tile Installation and Replacement

Rick did a great job installing my backsplash, I thought it was a reasonable price too. He offered some design suggestions and each one turned out great!

Tile Installation and Replacement

Rick was outstanding! Very professional & knowledgeable! Bathroom looks amazing, he is very creative and reasonably priced! Would give him 11 out of 10 stars! Looking forward to having him install the backslash in my kitchen as well!

Bathroom Remodel

I hired Rick to remodel my bathroom. After meeting with him I also had him install vinyl plank flooring in my kitchen, hallway, living room and dining room. Very happy with quality of work, various subcontractors, and the suggestions he provided based on his experience.

Tile Installation and Replacement

Rick and his brother did an incredible job from the hanging cement board, waterproofing, and tiling the entire bathroom. His 30 years of experience speaks for itself, no one could do a better job. We have had other industry professionals ask for his number due to the superb craftsmanship.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I try to make the customer comfortable and relaxed since this is something that they don't do all the time. I keep my customers involved every step of the job and so they can see the progress. I start with a meeting and help if needed in selections and ideas. I give them a schedule for the length of the job so they know what to expect.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I starting working in the tile trade very young since my father was in the business. At that time a worked as a apprentice and finally became a journeyman. I've worked on big commercial jobs and small repairs. I attend regular classes today to keep up with the latest materials and supplies

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?
