- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is dependent on style of service, number of people and selections of food. We would be happy to customize a menu to accommodate your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our customer reaches out to us we will set-up a free consultation and speak with you over the phone or travel to your location. During the consultation we try to see if Mad City Chefs is a good fit for your event. We are willing to work with any number guests, custom menu designs and ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Executive Chef/Owner Ethan has been in the food industry for 18 years. Ethan has a background in Exercise Physiology & Strength and Conditioning. His passion for the culinary world, world travel and an active lifestyle lead to the creation of Mad City Chefs and the eclectic menu we offer. Some of our Chefs work in the top restaurants in Madison by day and with Mad City Chefs as contractors for each event. We have a very talented staff from all walks of life and would love to make your event a special one!
