- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Below Pricing is for non-business consumers: $75 Flat Fee In-Shop Repair Includes: Virus & Malware Removal Windows Install / Restore Data Backup & Restore Security Software Installation & Windows Security Updates PC Pickup on UWO Campus Free Cloud Backup Options (pending size of backup) Onsite Repair Includes: $100 For The First 2 Hours $25 Each Additional Hour All of The Above Services Included Onsite Remote & Phone Only Support Includes: $30 for calls 30 minutes and under. $60 for calls up to 2 hours. $90 Maximum charge for Remote Support over 2 hours. $250 / Year Unlimited Remote Subscription Plan *There is no extra fee to install hardware. Customer will just pay the cost of the hardware component being installed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out if they are comfortable with Remote Work. This is the cheapest option and a good fit for most customers. If not, find out what their needs are, and find the best solution for them. Our primary work is done on Windows Based Machines, Windows 7 (which is out of support from Microsoft, but a lot of people still have), and Windows 10. For business, also Server 2012/2016.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18+ years of experience in the IT Industry. I currently hold an Associates Degree from FVTC along with a Security Certificate and System Admin Certificate as well. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Technology Management. I am a member of several forums, along with ongoing trainings as things are always changing in the IT World.
