My basement was damp and musty before, whenever I'd go down there my allergies would flare up from the mold and mildew. After RION installed new drain tile and waterproofed the walls it's dry, clean, and useable again! No longer do I need to worry about my things getting damaged from moisture and mold.

Rion LLC sold our house for us! Window wells raised, Full interior water proofing systems, cleaned and polished floors, epoxy painted, removed old boiler and drywall . Added sump pump This 1960 house needed TLC. Their work added a huge usable space any guy would die for as a man cave or kids play room. I almost changed my mind and kept the house! On time , slightly under estimate with warranty. Cleaned up and polite.

Ryan is a true processional. Had a 8x11 patio slab poured and a 16x29 additional slab put next to our garage. Did a great job. Very resonable. Outstanding communication.
