- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing very competitive. Painting and non skilled labor is 30/hr Drywall and skilled labor is 35/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always set up a meeting at the jobsite to walk the job and and to give an estimate. If we agree on a price we start the process of making a schedule and getting a list of materials together. Depending how big the job is will determine how much money is needed down. Usually just enough for materials. But all jobs are treated on a as is basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting for over 10 years. I also worked for a remodeling company for 3 years. I am not shy about telling you If i do not know how to do something. If I can't handle something I can always point you in the right direction.
