Her classes start with an intention and reading that set the right tone for the entire class and a tie the mind/body/spirit aspects together. She offers very helpful assists, making sure that you get the most out of each pose, and is great for any level yogi-- from beginner to experienced. I would highly recommend her classes!

Wow what can I say...I was always that guy that thought yoga was for women only. Man was I wrong. Samantha did an amazing job at balancing the support and education with the push I needed. She has such a radiant personality and she brings her sense of humor into her practice. As a former college football player all I did was strength train. Amy is an outstanding yoga teacher and very natural. I have had the experience to be in classes she has taught, as well as work with her on an individual basis. She effortlessly made myself, and everyone, feel special and cared about. Amy is non-judgmental and warm. She knew how to make adjustments to the poses and used props to gently work with my physical limitations. Amy also challenged me to look at the limitations I place upon myself. She made sure I took care of myself by resting in child pose as needed. Amy taught at a pace that was comfortable for all levels in the room, had great music, and made yoga fun!! Namaste

I am a certified integrative yoga therapist, as well as ayurvedic practitioner. I have 500-ERYT in the Himalayan tradition. Individual and group classes are available in a magnificent, one-of-a-kind home studio overlooking wetlands and nature. The class size is limited to 12 for a more one-on-one attention.
