I have been training with Chitown trainers for several months. I attend the yoga classes and utilize the personal training service. The trainers are extremely professional and competent. The training has been the best training experience I have had because they work at your level and gradually build your tolerance and strength. I have experienced change in my ability to run, lift weight and my balance. I highly recommend their services, they are simply excellent!

Jessica is extremely well rounded and knowledgeable, with exceptional attention to detail in form and technique. She brings an adaptability to her training that allows for modification as needed by each individual client. Jessica is professional yet approachable, personable and funny. Her yoga training is awesome and her Thai massage is fantastic. Give it a shot if you haven't tried it. I highly recommend it!
Tara started me with yoga almost ten years ago. She is extremely patient, calm - encouraging each student individually to achieve their best, watching for perfect form and yet challenging. Dr. Paul is a very knowledgeable person. Dr. Paul is thorough and very approachable. The office environment is warm and inviting, with many services offered. I still have to check out the yoga and massage personally, but have heard good things from those who have attended.

Mila is a well versed nutritionist and very experienced. She has helped me get on track with my nutrition and weight loss. She has also helped me with learning Yoga which I now love and it has truly helped me in my fitness level and flexibility.
I love yogability, it's so much more than your average yoga class and I can see and feel myself getting better, which is so inspiring to keep going. Sometimes classes are really tough, but you feel amazing afterwards. I couldn't recommend it more!
