Home Inspection
Great experience, had a walk through where everything was explained. Richard was easy to contact and made the inspection a very easy and stress free process. Richard finished the inspection report on the same day!

Rich knows his stuff. He did a very thorough inspection of the home we are buying. He's easy to get along with and great at explaining his findings. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am extremely thankful to Rich for his great performance. Rich performed a very thorough inspection. I'm very confident with his knowledge and expertise regarding the safety for my family's home. The visit was very relaxed and professional. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better inspector I truly feel he's looking out for the best interest of the other person and their families. Rich you are awesome and it's been a privilege working with you. I hope you too receive an amazing blessing. Thank you

We recently worked with Rich for the inspection during the purchase of our first home and we were thrilled with the service we received especially for the very reasonable price. He was very friendly and not only allowed us to be present during the inspection, but encouraged us to ask questions through the process and did not ever make us feel stupid for any of our very inexperienced home buyer questions. He also took time to talk is through everything in laymen's terms before sending us the official report so we understood what everything meant. We were given a very thorough list of home improvement items to watch for and even suggestions for when and how to address them. He was very professional, down to earth, and had a great sense of humor. We'd work with him again in a heartbeat and I'd highly recommend contacting him for any of your home inspection needs!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?1. Pricing is based on square footage 2. Radon Testing is $99 with a home inspection and $145 without a home inspection
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I generally like to start off with a phone conversation to get the details of the home you need inspected. I explain how long the inspection will likely take and recommend that you be present during the inspection or at least for the last hour so that I may do a walk through after the inspection is completed. I then go back to my office to edit and complete the report and usually I am able to send the report out the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a small town farm kid that was always helping whether it was adding on to a current building, fixing broken plumbing in the barn or helping pour concrete. I also completed formal training through American Home Inspector Training Institute (AHIT) and took the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) prior to applying for my State credentialing. I have formal radon testing training through the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB). I also take continuing education credits to help me stay informed.
