- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not set in stone if there is a way we can make a project come to life we can always negotiate pricing as long as it’s a reasonable cost !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer I always ask them what they would like from a project and there budget to get a good idea of what’s possible and what’s the best choice for them I like to come out and talk about the process of organizing the projects and the steps we take from designs to finish it can be a lot of coordinating that helps save time and money so I always emphasize a game plan and when the customers aren’t quite sure we step up and handle the heavy lifting under direct approval of the customer to ensure satisfaction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years experience in construction the main training someone like myself gets is via exposure and consistency I have been working on homes for a long enough time that we can handle any kind of problem remodel that is assigned and can always come up with creative ways to finish a project and make sure it’s up to everyone expectations
