I Called today which is Saturday January 13th. A 2 Day Blizzard just hit and over the course if the next 2-3 days it's gonna be -30 degrees wind chills. MY HEAT WENT OUT! DESPERATE! Manuel came to my rescue! SERIOUSLY! He found my 1999 Carrier Furnace needed a Blower Moter. He Was able to locate 1 and Install it. He also cleaned the whole induction system for no extra charge. I'm Very Grateful! Thank You

Manuel was very efficient. We had to get a new outlet installed for our disposal and dishwasher and he figured out a way to do it in the least invasive way possible. He was very clear in communication and responded promptly and told me exactly what he was going to do! He got the job done quickly and was very flexible.
