FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client and I communicate either by phone, email, or sometimes even text message. Through this communication, we come up with a plan and cost to get the client what they are looking for in their photos. After the shoot, I get the photos to the client within 5 days. The photos are delivered digitally through an online gallery. The client can then choose which images to download, or order prints directly from the online gallery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a photographer for over 25 years and specialize in using natural, outdoor light. I have taken classes in studio lighting and now feel just as comfortable working in the studio as I do outdoors. In my headshot photography, I've studied what casting directors look for in actor headshots. I've also taken classes in headshot photography and have had my work critiqued by some of the best headshot photographers around. I have 16+ years experience using Adobe Photoshop to process and retouch images.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For the last 25+ years, I’ve had a camera in my hands. I began as a nature photographer, shooting mountains, sunsets, streams, flowers and anything wild. Several years ago I discovered the enjoyment of portrait photography and a whole new world opened to me. I reinvented myself as a photographer, and I am now dedicated to bringing happiness and joy, through my photos, to my clients.
