Yoga with Masha is both energizing & calming. She provides a non judgmental yoga space. Her cues allow me to achieve better alignment & get the most out of every pose. Masha's thoughtful inspirational words add to my overall yoga experience.
Jessica is extremely well rounded and knowledgeable, with exceptional attention to detail in form and technique. She brings an adaptability to her training that allows for modification as needed by each individual client. Jessica is professional yet approachable, personable and funny. Her yoga training is awesome and her Thai massage is fantastic. Give it a shot if you haven't tried it. I highly recommend it!
I loved it! I had never done yoga before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. She not only explained each sequence over and over again, she also walked around to correct form and offered modifications for the people that were super inflexible, like myself. I will definitely be going again.
I always look forward to going to yoga, the atmosphere is very peaceful. My unique physical abilities are always considered, as I regain balance and flexibility.These yoga sessions help me emotionally and physically.
I entered yoga with a bone spur in my right shoulder and minimal flexibility. After working with Trayci, the spur miraculously corrected itself (doctor was shocked). She is an excellent and patient instructor and always took the time to show me the different poses. Private sessions and classes are always fun, enjoyable, and beneficial

Amy is an outstanding yoga teacher and very natural. I have had the experience to be in classes she has taught, as well as work with her on an individual basis. She effortlessly made myself, and everyone, feel special and cared about. Amy is non-judgmental and warm. She knew how to make adjustments to the poses and used props to gently work with my physical limitations. Amy also challenged me to look at the limitations I place upon myself. She made sure I took care of myself by resting in child pose as needed. Amy taught at a pace that was comfortable for all levels in the room, had great music, and made yoga fun!! Namaste
Wow what can I say...I was always that guy that thought yoga was for women only. Man was I wrong. Samantha did an amazing job at balancing the support and education with the push I needed. She has such a radiant personality and she brings her sense of humor into her practice. As a former college football player all I did was strength train. Working with Samantha for a few months has me feeling not only more flexible but stronger. Most importantly I have to continue to focus on BREATHING! Namasté
