The quote we provide to our clients is based on the square footage of the home and the age of the home assuming there is one furnace, one water heater, one electrical panel, one attic, and one garage.

Be sure to do your homework. Ask your Realtor who they would HIRE when they need a Home Inspector. You might be surprised to find out the person they would hire may not be on the list of home inspectors they gave to you.
