I wish I could give a rating of less than one star. First and foremost. ASK FOR A RECEIPT! With all the craziness during my move, I didn't think to ask for a receipt, nor did I sign any paperwork. No proof of insurance coverage from the company... Nothing. When I asked for a copy of the receipt after the fact, Grady, the owner responded with, we don't really do that. Now we can get into my move and the nightmare that ensued. These people moved us back in May and in the process my 65" TV was damaged (back light cracked and after looking at it closely discovered a big gouge in the screen). I've said before and I'll say again, I understand that minor blemishes cam happen during a move, but you can't buff out a broken TV. I had contacted the owner and his wife and at first, it sounded like they actually wanted to help get the situation resolved. Then I stopped receiving correspondence. I filed a complaint via certified mail to the company, no response. I reached out to Contact 6, Grady stated that he reached out to me trying to find a resolution, not admit guilt. Common sense asks, if the TV had been broken like that to begin with, why would I go through the hassle of having it moved. Then waste my time after trying to get the problem resolved? Since there STILL has been no receipt sent to me, and no contact with the company, I'm being forced to take them to Small Claims Court. I will also be reaching out to the State to ensure that they are even a licensed company to begin with because I can't find anything on them being licensed. I'll also contact the Better Business Bureau which oh by the way says REVOKED when you look up the company name. Then I will be contacting the state Department of Revenue to inquire as to how it's possible for a company that doesn't give receipts as common practice (according to my recorded phone conversation) is paying the correct amount in taxes. All of this work I'm going to do because these people refuse to take care of a situation that they don't want to accept happened. Mistakes do happen, and I am not unreasonable. I take issue when the people try to avoid a resolution. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES HIRE THIS COMPANY! IF THIS MESSAGE PREVENTS SOMEONE ELSE FROM GET TING SCREWED OVER THE WAY I DID. IT WOULD BE WORTH IT!
This company gave us a quote to move our furniture from Mequon, WI to Southaven, MS. Their quote was reliable as they never wavered from the amount that they originally quoted. They advised us of what they would be doing from the time they finished packing until they delivered the furniture. After packing two trucks of furniture they advised that they would rest then drive to Southaven. After arriving in Southaven we received a telephone call advising us that the movers were going to get a few hours of sleep then they would come to our house to start unpacking. After they rested for a few hours we received a phone call advising us that they were on the way to our house to unpack the first truck. When they arrived at our house they unloaded the furniture efficiently. They placed furniture on our main level and upstairs as directed without incident. They were very careful when moving the furniture and all of the men acted professionally at all times. We are very happy that we selected Hungry Man Moving for our move. We would definitely use this company again if we need to move in the future!
What can I say but WOW!! Wilson and his crew moved our 112 year old piano and believe me it wasn't light. They took very good care when moving it. If you want a great team to move your piano or other home items they will get it done. Thanks guys for the great move!!

They were punctual on moving day, and made sure to stay within my budget by keeping me informed of the progress. Their price was competitive with other local movers. They were professional, courteous, and caring with our belongings. They padded both the old and new house and all furniture to avoid damage to doorways and walls. I highly recommend them!

It is a long distance we were moving. But we just had to move and we hired My Chicago Moving to handle the job simple because of their good reputation as long distance movers. One of my friends moved last month and he complained about some of his stuffs going missing. I was quite concerned about that too. It was a cross country move after all and the movers may have a hundred reasons why things could just disappear. Luckily, when both vans reached on time and I checked the inventory, nothing went missing. Everything was delivered in the state they left my house. The final bill matched the estimated quote. It turned out to be the easiest move ever. I felt totally relieved and grateful.
I have used many moving companies over the last 20 years. The last time was in August of 2016, not M.S. Property Mgt then. M.S. Property Management was at our home right as scheduled, very polite and professional and the move was done as scheduled and without and problems. Mark and his two co-workers were excellent. We have moved several times and a few times across country. Our experience with Great Nation Moving was by far the easiest and hassle free experience that we have had with moving. They sent over an appraiser who was able to give us a quote after walking through our house and seeing what we owned and were moving. He was within $50 of our ending price, so it extremely accurate. The pricing was in-line with several other companies that we had quote out the job. Rose, their sales/account manager, was great. We explained that we needed to move from within a specific time frame, and they were able to accommodate to our schedule. We were driving to our new home as soon as the movers were done packing everything up, and they even accommodated a faster pack up by adding an additional member to the crew packing up our belongings. They delivered our items in less than a week, which was much faster than our past experiences. Rose kept me posted on the progress of everything throughout the process and seemed to be working 24 hrs a day to make sure we were comfortable and in the know of what was going on. She even called within 30 minutes of the delivery of our items to see how everything went. We did have some slight damage on one item, which we were not bothered with as the item was beat up from a previous move. Without us filing a complaint, Rose was able to get us a check to cover the damages. Overall it was some of the best customer service I have experienced. Its always a headache and there is always the hidden issues that pop up along the way, however, I felt Rose kept us in the know and ahead of the curve with the move. That goes a long way when you have literally everything you own in their hands.
I needed an affordable moving company and fast! I liked how Trenea was quick to respond and always answered my calls and questions. Though my move had some difficulties as I was moving out of state the crew went above and beyond to insure that my move was completed. Trenea was completely professional the entire time.
They do a great job. Very Affordable and Accommodating. Contacted them on a Friday and had everything moved on Sunday. They didn't charge me for travel time between the storage facility and the place I was moving to. I thought that was somewhat rare and very nice.

Well I was in need of movers for my 3 bedroom house and it was kind of on a short notice so I got there number from a friend. Luckily Mike had availability for the day I needed to move. Right of the back he made me feel very comfortable because he was very knowledgeable about every question I had regarding my move. On August 25th when my moving date came the crew was on time actually 15 minutes early. The 3 man crew was excellent they wrapped all my furniture and worked at a speedy pace. All I can say it was a very pleasant experience and thanks.
