I started working with Andie back in October of 2012. Then I was 40lbs overweight and completely out of shape. I had never been to a personal trainer before, and I can tell you at first I was terrified. However, once I met Andie she totally put me at ease and totally changed my perception on personal trainers. Andie cares about her clients and pushes you to be the best YOU possible. I'm now down 35lbs, almost to my goal weight, and have toned up all over. People I haven't seen in months have been complimenting me and asking how I was able to lose so much weight and tone up, and my answer is always Andie! Without her I'd probably be lost in some mainstream gym with no clue as to what I was doing. Andie provides you with a reasonable meal plan, which will surprisingly become your normal lifestyle, and pushes you to your maximum potential on every visit. She is extremely knowledgeable in weight training and food portioning. I always had the perception exercise had to be grueling or like a bootcamp style to see results. However, Nate knows the exact amount of exertion to see massive results without injury/pain/stress to the body. My first session with Kristina began with a fitness assessment, which she explained would help her evaluate what I needed. When I went back for my next session, she had a workout designed specifically for me. The next morning I hurt in exactly the right places. Her workouts are fun and I never feel bored. She is pleasant and motivating, but not in that annoying drill sergeant kind of way. I appreciate what she has done for me mentally and physically and can't wait for swimsuit season!

The story begins about 6 years ago, when I met Steve at Xsport Fitness in Libertyville IL. I was working, and still work with another trainer over there, but Steve and I immediately hit it off as friends. He always took the time out of his busy day in between clients when I was there, to stop by and ask how I was doing, and offer encouragement and compliments, of which I really appreciated and always remembered. I was involved in many of the Xsport weight loss competitions they have called the GetFit Challenge, of which many of Steve's clients were also involved in as well. I have won 2 of them myself, and I know Steve has had numerous winners of that challenge as well. So when my current trainer was having a hard time fitting me in for an extra day at the gym, I knew who I should call, and I am glad I called Steve Steve. He was still the very friendly and professional guy I used to know at Xsport, and he was very flexible in working me into his schedule to allow me to stay on track with my fitness goals. He works me out differently than any other trainer I have ever had, and I get a great workout when I'm with him. He seems to always have something different to do. On top of that, it's hard for me to get my heart rate up, but he pushes me just that much to do that! God works in mysterious ways, and He was at work here when I was in need. Inspired Fitness LLC fit my budget and is in a convienent location. When meeting with Angie during the consultation I felt comfortable and well informed so I decided to begin my fitness journey with Inspired Fitness LLC. I workout twice a week. Angie is great with changing up the routines so you're never doing the same thing everyday. The gym is very private and clean. I would recommend Training with Angie!
Eileen is highly knowledgeable about fitness and movement; she has an excellent knack for breaking down technique that makes complex movements seem very approachable. She is also fun to work with and always seems to have something positive to say!
Matt Walters is an awesome trainer, He knows what he's talking about with training each time he gives me a good workout but not where I'm hurting for the next week like some trainers have done. I've been working out with Jason well in excess of 5 years. The workouts are never the same, are always challenging, and keep you engaged because they are fun. I have a job that requires me to sit most of the day and do have some soreness/pain. Jason worked with me to modify some exercises to minimize any pain and also strengthened my core. I have less pain overall as a direct result of the workouts. I've also become substantially stronger and more balanced because of the strength/stability exercises. I would recommend Jason to persons of any fitness level or fitness goals. He'll work with you, whatever your goals may be.
With AML Fitness when I ask for a challenging workout Alexandra makes sure that each session is not a disappointment. Switching up the intensity so that I won't get bored or comfortable. No part of the body is left neglected. She is firm when training, but gives the utmost respect to each client.
