- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 5% Discount for Seniors and Military
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Customer would call or email our office and a date/time would be set-up for an in person estimate. At the estimate our staff would review the project scope with you in detail, review any specific client needs, and offer any recommendations based on our professional opinion on site. Most estimates are provided on-site with photos and either handed to you in print form or email. Client has the ability select which services they would like to proceed with or they have the ability to review the proposal for 30 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our firm is a strong believer in containing education for all our staff. We host several training sessions in house and through industry trade events. We believe that by implementing continuing education we keep our staff safe and our projects on -time and within budget. Several of our team members have the following certifications: Landscape Industry Certified Technician ICCP MPCA Level 1 OSHA 10 Hour CPR/First Response
