Everyone who runs a website, even if it is only a basic blog, needs a you (I.E. BAMAJR LLC) to set things up right, from the beginning. I can't believe how little time it took for my WordPress website to be LIVE in Google's cloud, fully secured, with a theme and a basic set of plugins.Feb 23, 2017Robert M.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No gimmicks! I offer high-value, low-cost Web Design, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Technology Consulting and Technology Integration Services, starting as low as $500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1️⃣ Open channels of communication. I strive to make it as easy as possible for my clients to stay in contact with me and ask questions. I want my clients to understand what is going on, even if they don’t understand the technology involved. 2️⃣ Work with clients to define a basic Scope of Work (SoW) and create a quote based on the SoW. 3️⃣ Send client OFFICIAL quote, from the BAMAJR LLC Quoting System. 4️⃣ The OFFICIAL Quote converts to an OFFICIAL Invoice automatically, when client accepts the quote and it’s terms. 5️⃣ Client receives a link to pay for the first 50% of the Project Quote/Invoice. Design/Development is mot added to the BAMAJR LLC Project Calendar until this payment is made. 6️⃣ Design/Development begins. Depending on the size of the project, a second payment may be due when the project commences. 7️⃣ Clients are kept in-the-loop through the entire process and the project is completed when the client’s sign-off is obtained. ✅
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I made my first website in the early to mid-90's and created my first "commercial website" in 1995. I studied web design and web development in college, while working for an ISP, as a Web Designer and Apple System Support Technician. I've been doing web design, web development, server/system administration, network administration, consulting and project management ever since. I read to keep up on relevant new and changing technologies and I attend industry technology conferences yearly.
