    Everyone Needs a You!
Everyone who runs a website, even if it is only a basic blog, needs a you (I.E. BAMAJR LLC) to set things up right, from the beginning. I can't believe how little time it took for my WordPress website to be LIVE in Google's cloud, fully secured, with a theme and a basic set of plugins.

A Choice We Are Happy To Have Made
The only way we would use an Open Source Technology Stack, was for someone else to deploy and manage it. The Full-Stack Web Technology Concierge service gave us a robust but flexible system and provided excellent support; a choice we are happy to have made!

Q&A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I meet with my clients to discuss their needs. 2) A Scope of Work (SoW) is defined and client sign-off is obtained. 3) A Requirements Document is drafted to define who the stake-holders are, what is needed (and/or how the end user should be able to use it), expectations and timelines, and finally client sign-off is obtained. 4) Specifications are added, to define (explain) how the technical team will accommodate each requirement and client sign-off is obtained. 5) Design/Development will begin. 6) Client is kept informed of progress along the way. 7) Project is finalized with Design and/or Development is complete and client sign-off is obtained. While the Scope of Work will include an estimation of time and cost, all hours are billable hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started tinkering with computers and networks at a very young age (before I was 10). At that time the internet wasn't publicly accessible; reserved for academia and military. Somewhere in the early to mid-90's I created my first website and created my first "commercial website" in 1995. After graduating high school in 1997, I went to college to study web development and programming. Soon after starting college I got a job with a regional ISP, as a web designer and a Support Technician (for their Apple users). Since 1995, I've been doing web design, web development, server/system administration, network administration and providing consulting and support commercially. I've completed projects for corporations, government agencies, and organizations of all sizes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
My rate is $125.00 per hour. Initial consultation is free. Billing begins when the task of creating a Project Scope begins. Clients are invoiced for time and payment is due when service is performed. I accept Cash, Certified (or Commercial Checks) and all Major Credit Cards.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of the most challenging projects I've worked on recently was a WordPress plug-in. Plug-ins are used to extend the basic functionality of WordPress. This plug-in was no different. This project was challenging due to the complexity of the required processes. The answers of a 20 question questionnaire had to be scored, grouped into categories, and then each category had to be weight weighted. The number returned from this calculation was used to return a URL to the End User. Why was I fond of this specific project? This complicated process (the plug-in I developed) will soon be used all over the US, to provide diagnosis and symptom specific medical resources, to a patients. It will have a positive impact on the health and care of many, many individuals. This project took about 34 hours of development and testing.
