- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I pride myself on being competitively priced and will do my best to try and get you a better price than a known competitor. I give discounts to repeat clients and have given others referral fees for bringing me new clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially there will be a lot of texting. I say this because of all that everyone has going on in this world today. I would then speak with someone on the phone and set up a time to meet, usually at a coffee shop of some type. Sometimes we can come to terms upon that meeting, agree on everything and sign a contract. Other times some clients initially want to meet and see if we mesh. Thats fine with me. I feel the same way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had my own DJ business for 20 years and a BA in Communications and majored in Radio Broadcasting.
