Todd was nice to deal with. However, the company itself is a sham. They quickly took my money and did not provide any feedback as to when parts would be coming. I even called Onyx company where Hip & Ridge stated they ordered the parts from on June 30th and they stated they received no order from Hip & Ridge as of the 30th. It was not until I pressed for a receipt on June 27th that they doctored a fake receipt 4 weeks after signing a contract dated June 4th. On June 28th (two days prior to them supposedly ordering the parts). I did press them for my money back and received 90% back but only after I threatened to turn them into the IRS for tax fraud. Do not use them they will rip you off.Jul 6, 2016VerifiedDave S.'s reply
I am sorry it didn't work out for Tracy's bathroom. We never doctored any receipts, construction does take time. We allowed her out of her contract after showing buyers remorse and agreed to a sum of a few hundred dollars to cover real costs incurred even though the contract was through recision period. There was no threat of IRS action, we get audited annually by various government agencies and have never had a violation. We are one of the highest rated construction companies in 2 states and find it a bit malicious to be slandered by someone we have never done work.We do over 100 jobs per year and have a great reference list of satisfied customers that we actually did work for.Type your response to this review.
