- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Labor is $25/hr. I order parts and the customer pays only what I pay for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Getting straight to the issue the customer needs addressed. I will tell you what the most cost effective remedy will be, rather than trying to upsell you on new hardware like the big box stores will (i.e. Geek Squad).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Associates degree in Computer networking as well as Tech Support, 4 years experience as a network administrator/tech support specialist.
