If possible, I would have selected all 5 choices from the what I liked section. Eric is exceedingly gifted with all aspects of technology. He is kind and patient, with a stellar work ethic and problem-solving skills. Along with setting up our new computer, we wanted to set up an artist’s tablet. Before he started installing it, he told us that he had limited experience with this product, as it is used primarily by commercial artists. After several attempts, he said he did not want us to waste time and money having him figure it out, and suggested contacting the manufacturer for help with finding professionals for this specific product. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $75 per hour for starts, that is when someone brings their computers to me, and it goes up from there. I charge more when ever I am traveling to them, and it depends where. I will let you know what to expect before you hire me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I talk a lot to the customer and to find out exactly what's the problems are, and about how long it will take to get the job done. If I go to them, I work until I'm finished, or I give them an approximate price of what it will be. Also, pricing is on my website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Mostly experience and some college. A lot of.trial and error before I opened up shop for my business.
