When first searching for a personal trainer, I had no idea what type of trainer I was looking for. All I knew was that I wanted someone who would help me to be a better version of myself. Andie reached out to me and gave me a very detailed email of what to expect in her training. Without even meeting her, I already felt comfortable and at ease. When beginning training with Andie, she made everything very clear about where she would like me to be by the end of our training together. She explained how my body worked, and ways to get my body to start functioning better. I have always hated going to the gym, but every day that I train with Andie, I am excited to go and feel so much more confident with myself. She is motivational, educational, inspirational and one of the most sincere people you will ever meet. She is worth every penny, great with communication and knows what it truly takes to be a trainer and serve her clients to the best of her ability.
Sam has been great to deal with. Getting started was easy and he's very flexible with the schedule, which I require due to business travel. He provided food plans and take-away exercises that I can do at hotels when traveling. All in all, a great guy with a great training style.
I came to Ryan with a request. I wanted a quick and simple workout that I could do at home, that would increase my vertical leaping ability. Ryan came back to me with the "Dane's Flight School" program he put together. He explained to me how to do the workouts in detail and then I set out towards my goal. After the first workout, I knew it must be working because my buns hurt to the point where walking was difficult (I haven't worked out before this - so many leg days skipped) and my groin was on fire. I felt I was on my way to my goal. It has been three weeks since I started and even though there is still a burn after the workouts, I can feel my legs (and butt) getting stronger. I look forward to continuing this program so I can dominate on the bar league sand volleyball courts this summer.
Austin explained everything to me and made things simply understandable. The gym was already friendly and had a vintage / urban feel to it that you were at Elliott Hulse’s Strength Camp or even Christian Guzman’s (youtubers) start up gyms and I love they way there gym looks.

Before I joined I could barely touch my toes, do a push up, or do a squat, in the first 11 classes I lost 4% body fat! I attended Jason's Boot Camp and also have had some personal training time with him. He very much bases the exercises to the individual which in my case was beneficial. You are pushed to do your best but keeps your ability in mind. I'd highly recommend getting fit with him !
Melissa is very efficient the way she plans our workouts! There's never time to just stand still. I mean cardio and strength training combined at times I just want to collapse but she pushes me through it so I can achieve my goals. She is an amazing motivator and trainer!!
I trained with Jamie for almost a year. Not only was I in the best shape of my life, both endurance and strength wise, but I enjoyed the hour a week I trained with her. I began my fitness journey with personal training sessions 3 times per week with Amy in June 2015. Amy had designed workout plans for goals planned. She became a partner in running 5ks and we reached the finish line in the Warrior Dash. As time went on the number of personal training sessions per week went down because of the knowledge and confidence I was gaining. By the end of 2015 I had lost 15lbs, 13.25 inches, and 5.5% body fat. I ended my personal training sessions after 11 months but because of the love for instruction I signed up for boot camp. Today I continue to push myself to reach new goals and it wouldn’t be possible without the help and encouragement of Amy.
