I highly recommend Jill and her team from Destination Fitness. I used her trainer Suzanne to have her help me with strengthening and balancing exercises after my knee surgery. I really loved the water exercises she created for me. After working with Suzanne, my doctor was so impressed with my quick recovery. I can't thank Jill & Suzanne for helping me get back on my feet again.

It's hard to know where to begin when starting off describing the training experience with Sam, suffice to say that it was the most beneficial, positive, comfortable, and informational fitness decision I could have ever made. After having a spinal fusion on my lower back roughly 6 months ago and undergoing several months of physical therapy at one of the larger health centers; one of my friends introduced me to GI Jane fitness. I asked Jane what she could do to help me get back into shape and strengthen my core & back. She challenged me to eat better and workout appropriately for my situation. I choose Jane to help in my rehabilitation and after working with her for a short time she has been able to get me walking several miles each week and eating healthier than I have in years. She takes her responsibility of helping/training others seriously and worked with me to tailor a specific training regime that would work for my busy schedule and time constraints. I was a little apprehensive at first, but her technique and ability to challenge me to become stronger and healthier in general has been a huge success. The one thing she told me once is, It may be tough, but I will help you get through it. That saying encapsulates everything about Jane and her abilities.

Started working with Dylan in the summer. I explained to him my goals with fitness as well as obstacles I had standing in my way such as a torn disc in my low back and a recovering shoulder from surgery. Dylan is an extremely knowledgable personal trainer who shows a a lot of passion for what he does and care for his clients. He worked with my injuries and helped me to reduce my overall pain levels. As long as you follow his lesson plans and diet suggestions you will see the results you are looking for.

I've been a fitness enthusiast for many years but I have noticed a remarkable difference in my strength and stamina since I've been doing training sessions with Jason. I started off with just once a week for the first couple years and that was enough to see significant improvement. I just recently added an extra day per week and I feel even better. Jason is most certainly a fitness professional, he always has a new and thoughtful sequence of exercises for each session that even after several years are still challenging. I have some back issues and on several occasions he has taken time out to show me some great exercises and stretches to alleviate my back pain. I think Jason can as easily work with athletes as he can work with those new the gym. He is friendly and approachable and our training sessions always fly by. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to learn, change up, or challenge their fitness routine.

Joe was my personal trainer for over a year and I was very satisfied with the quality of training he provided. My program included a warm-up, progressive power-lifting, metabolic conditioning, and stretching. The exercises were fun, challenging, and at times quirky. No two workouts were ever the same. Joe adapted and modified the program around my needs instead of trying to plug me into some preset routine. I learned that a person does not have to spend two hours in the gym every day in order to see results. With Joe’s guidance and encouragement, I was able to accomplish things I never thought possible. Joe really listens to and cares about his clients. He demonstrates a willingness to research, explain, and physically demonstrate each technique. He is not afraid to pull in movement from many types of disciplines. This keeps the workouts fresh and interesting as well as efficient and effective. Joe emphasizes life balance (eating, sleeping, exercising, etc). He practices what he preaches. He is very knowledgeable, is willing to continue learning, and has a great personality. I would highly recommend hiring Joe as your trainer.
