Scheduled Steve to do a job at my house. I took vacation, moved all furniture,.. He never showed and never returned my calls to see where he was. Grrrrrr

Scheduled a job. All the furniture was moved. He never showed. Tried calling him multiple times day of and week before. No return calls, no response at all. Pretty angry right now. What kind of business does this guy run?!

Ruined my floor, will never use again. Hid from my calls, refused to make it right. Very unprofessional.Waste of my time and money. I cannot believe all the positive reviews on this guy. I wonder if they are friends or family leaving reviews? MY experience was highly unsatisfactory. Cost us thousands. then found out this is not his first time doing something like this, and he has a criminal record.
