Amy is an outstanding yoga teacher and very natural. I have had the experience to be in classes she has taught, as well as work with her on an individual basis. She effortlessly made myself, and everyone, feel special and cared about. Amy is non-judgmental and warm. She knew how to make adjustments to the poses and used props to gently work with my physical limitations. Amy also challenged me to look at the limitations I place upon myself.
