- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not always easy to give a fair estimate without actually seeing the space you need painted, though it is possible with enough information, so please call to schedule a free consultation and estimate. We look forward to meeting with you or speaking with you over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to begin communication through either email or by phone, which ever you are most comfortable. Sometimes we can do an over the phone estimate, other times it benefits us both to schedule an on site consultation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
