What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One size doesn't fit all. With simple jobs its easy to do a quick accurate quote because we've done similar projects before to know what it takes and stay on target with time, effort and delivery. On larger projects we need more info because of the variables involved. We're experienced enough to know we need to ask questions so that everything is covered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I create & teach continuing Ed classes for Adobe apps. I'm involved with the development of software and hardware in the video business so in effect, I'm part of creating those developments !
