What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically Kim calls a prospective customer and sets an in home appointment and her and I meet at the customers home for a consultation.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out doing handyman work and several customers asked me to to remodels for them. Since my wife was a kitchen and bath designer we decided to focus on kitchens and bathrooms.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Kitchen remodeling and bath remodeling is the largest part of my business, but I do handle all kinds of repair work as well.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did a bathroom remodel with tile floor and a tile tub surround. We also upgraded the drain lines and shower valve. The whole project took 3 weeks.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My best advise to home owners looking for a contractor is make sure the contractor has liability insurance and the products that are being installed have a factory warranty.
