I started working with Andie back in October of 2012. Then I was 40lbs overweight and completely out of shape. I had never been to a personal trainer before, and I can tell you at first I was terrified. However, once I met Andie she totally put me at ease and totally changed my perception on personal trainers. Andie cares about her clients and pushes you to be the best YOU possible. I'm now down 35lbs, almost to my goal weight, and have toned up all over. People I haven't seen in months have been complimenting me and asking how I was able to lose so much weight and tone up, and my answer is always Andie! Without her I'd probably be lost in some mainstream gym with no clue as to what I was doing. Andie provides you with a reasonable meal plan, which will surprisingly become your normal lifestyle, and pushes you to your maximum potential on every visit. She is extremely knowledgeable in weight training and food portioning. The time I spent training with Jai Hyler was nothing short of life changing. I initially sought a personal trainer because I was no longer making progress on my own. I found one prior to Jai, and it was a horrible experience. The man encouraged me to eat like a slob, he wrote me lackluster programming, and he was verbally abusive. The man eventually left my club without warning, and dropped all his clients. I felt lost. When Jai replaced him, I was initially distrustful. I feared more of the same! What I found was a man who was courteous, supportive and very knowledgeable. The consumate professional. He taught me much about nutrition, physiology, and hypertrophy training techniques. These things led me to achieve great physical improvements, but the most significant changes were mental. I came from a place of self-hatred and dependency. I left feeling self-sufficient, believing that no goal was beyond my grasp with perseverance and effort. I learned that every failure and triumph is a lesson. I learned to think on a spectrum rather than in absolutes. To anyone considering employing this man, I say do it. He’s worth it. He is a master of changing not just bodies, but lives. Having Connor as my Personal Trainer I have been able to increase my strength 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲. With professional help from Connor I learned how to lift with perfect form, adjust my sets/reps for different results, how each muscle works and is affected by each workout, but most importantly how to push myself for best results. Connor was very flexible with scheduling and is very understanding if plans may shift. Nate is an amazing personal trainer. He is sensitive to what me and my body needs and customizes my sessions to fit my goals. I enjoy every intense session. I've never loved working out this much even when I'm in pains. He makes sure I'm eating the right things in the right portions. And he plays country music during our sessions because he knows that's my favorite genre. He is awesome!!!

Melissa is very efficient the way she plans our workouts! There's never time to just stand still. I mean cardio and strength training combined at times I just want to collapse but she pushes me through it so I can achieve my goals. She is an amazing motivator and trainer!!
I have had numerous personal trainers over the years, but none that can hold a candle to Monique. She never runs out of ideas for exercises or stretches for any issues with my body. She is smart about joint health and doesn't push exercises that are not good for everyone's joints. Karl is the bet trainer there is. Not only did he teach me the correct form for exercises he helped me understand the importance of nutrition. He I'd a great coach and really pushes you to do the best. With Karl as my trainer I was able to lose 50lbs, he is the best there is!!!!

My previous trainer kept renewing contracts with me without asking me if I wanted to continue working with him. He was unresponsive when I had fitness questions while working out on my own. A friend recommended Jason Adyniec and now I am doing the same for you. Jason is a great coach, he will move you fluently from one set of exercises through the other. He is challenging, but he does it with humor. He is smart and observant. If you put more into your training, Jason astutely escalates his training efforts to match your ambition. He is excellent for training at any level.

I've always struggled with working out on my own, meeting Alexandra has turned that all around. She has taught me so many things that I never would have done on my own. Even in our shorter sessions I leave feeling stronger and more energized. She encourages you and never makes you feel bad if you have setbacks which is great. I highly recommend her if you need to be pushed and want to get in shape. She is more like a friend than a trainer which I think is helpful.
