Love Monica,and this is the third or maybe fourth time that I ask her for help. You can't imagine how responsive she is to your requirements. She is always available to her clients via phone/email. In terms of work quality, I received A for a 10- page paper I wrote for my LGBT course. That was something on Chinese LGBT topic which I did not expect her to know and understand, and my writing was not being clear, yet, somehow she managed to guide me finish the paper and get a good grade. In terms of professionalism, she would ask for a third or a fourth correction even if you think the paper is perfect. In terms of value, to be honest, I have always thought Monica asks for much less than what she deserves In terms of punctuality, she will always be available when you need her until both of you get work done
