- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fees are based on the services needed. Once contacted I will get as much information as possible and provide you with an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will engage and ask as many questions as possible about the issue you are having. Sometimes issues can be solved over the phone with no need to pay for a visit. Once I have the details if parts can be ordered to avoid two visits I will order them. If diagnostics are needed I will provide a quote and set up a time and date for service. Our policy is 24 to 48 hours once the request is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Authorized service provider for Icon products (Nordictrack, Proform etc). Authorized service provider for Spirit Fitness/Sole products. Authorized service provider for Landice. Manufacturers training. Trained on numerous brands and models. Factory certified for Core Health and Fitness, brands including Star Trac, Nautilus, Schwinn, Stairmaster, Throwdown.
