- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is well below national average and almost half below at the competitors in West Virginia because I’m a small company with a lot less overhead. Also I give senior citizen discounts and veteran discount of 15% off the total cost of job!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typical process I can give an estimate on whatever service you would need to be done we set up a time that works for both of us I’ll put you on the schedule we contact you a day before we come to make sure everything is still ago we collect half of contract Job to be paid up front when we arrive then All job task Are completed in order until completed Once the job is completed the remaining balance of the bill will be due at job completion unless otherwise discussed with owner.
