Yes,I must update my certification every 5 yrs,must renew my food handlers card every yr.and keep up with food safety changes on the National Restaurant Associations website.I also continually research trends,recipes,decor and I research my demographics for the area ny trolley may be servicing,and I am currently researching healthier meal options for my clients wishing to incorporate a more plant based diet
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always told to make money at something you love to do,and are passionate about,then it will never seem like work ,and not just do something to make money or you will be miserable.
