Most of the jobs I do are residential upgrades. EX. House rewires, removing knob and tube to get up to code for resale or purchase. Putting in lights where the contractor did not. Ex. Bedrooms with no ceiling fans or lights. Installing outlets for wall tv's or areas where the builder did not.
