- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client and every situation is different, and we approach our pricing as such. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions and our pricing is determined based on the actual needs of the client and what it will take on our end to fill these needs. We are as flexible as we can be in order to provide the guidance our clients needs while also ensuring that those who do not have large budgets are still able to get the help they need and want. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything begins with an initial consult to determine if we're a proper fit for one another. During this meeting we will both ask and answer questions as we seek to get to know the people and their needs while sharing who we are and what makes us tick as individuals and as a consulting firm. Our goal is to provide hope, encouragement and immediate value from the first conversation. From there, if both parties agree that moving forward makes sense, we will prepare a proposal to outline the scope of work to be performed, mutual roles, responsibilities and expectations, timelines, deliverables and the fee associated with producing the work. Proposals may go through a round or two of revisions as we seek to ensure that we are on the same page from the outset. Once a proposal has been accepted, a simple contract is issued and our initial invoice is sent via QuickBooks. We will set up the engagement in our project management software, share a Drive folder to allow for easy document exchange and review and schedule the next meeting. We will roll up our sleeves and join our new clients on their journey, guiding them along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our consultants have varied backgrounds, training, education and experiences that inform their ability to perform this work at the highest level. Our Founder and Managing Director, Jeremy Turner, holds and undergraduate degree in Psychology, an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise, and is pursuing his Doctorate in Business with a focus on Management and Entrepreneurship. He has also earned many certifications and maintains a growth mindset and intellectual curiosity that sets the tone for our work at EPIC Mission.
