It depends on the number of units, how much my presence is needed along with other factors. It could be a set rate or an hourly rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both apartments/homes and mobile home development experience in property management. I also took business in college.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was helping a woman I have known since childhood and while learning I realized this is what I enjoyed most.
