The Pilates Studio of Morgantown, LLC

Introduction: We are Morgantown's only traditional pilates studio! We are a fully equipped studio, featuring balanced body reformer, tower, Cadillac, and exo chair. Lessons are offered as private, semi-private, and group classes, including group mat classes. Each lesson is designed to fit the needs of the individual client, and exercise modification is applied when appropriate. Our practice is centered on the pilates principles envisioned by Joseph Pilates himself. Each principle is integrated throughout the work, creating a mind-body connection, while specifically focusing on the body's "powerhouse".
