FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge approximately $20/hour, but the price varies depending on different factors. If I quote a price to you and I underestimate the time it will take me, I will finish the job with no added charge UNLESS it is because there was more to the job that I didn't see or wasn't originally disclosed. I will never surprise you with a higher bill though. For example: I'm deep cleaning a kitchen and discover that there's bubble gum in the microwave! No way I could have seen that coming, right? So I would need to charge a little more. But if it is a regular job and it takes me 5 hours and I said 4, then I still just charge you for 4.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your home, take a look around, find out what your priorities are, if you have sensitivities, kids, and pets. See if you want me to clean just once, or how often you want me back. We will work together to fit your schedule and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in psychology that I use every day of my life. I know that everyone thinks and feels differently about different things. I always want my clients to feel comfortable. I have many years of experience cleaning in different situations. I like to think that I am not your average house cleaner.
