I saw an ad for SubHub Handyman Services in the local Casper, Wyoming Quick Quarter Newspaper and sent him an e-mail that day to SubHubHandyman@live.com. I just finished reading the paper and eating lunch so it must have been around 11:30-12:00-ish. I recieved a reply back within just a couple of hours! His quote was only half of what I was expecting to pay to have my sprinkler system blown out and prepared for winter. I emailed him back that evening and asked when he'd be available to do the job. HE SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICK AND EFFICIENT! He had my invoice right there on the spot for me when he was finished. It was for the exact price he had quoted me the day before. No extra fees or charges. I wrote him a check and was so happy with his professionalism and punctuality that I even tipped him an extra $20 for his time. I am expecting him back again next week to repair the chips in my car's windshield. It was going to cost me a couple hundred dollars to have my windshield replaced, but Matt said he could repair the chips and extend the life of my exsisting one and save me over $100! I've been looking for a reliable, affordable and honest handyman for quite some time now (I've been through some stinkers) and I do believe that Matt VanOordt - The SubHub aka "The Substitute Hubby" is just the man for my HoneyDew List! I'm an older single lady and I live alone. I'm always a bit leary of having strange men around my house, but Matt is a nice young man with a good head on his shoulders and made me feel safe when he was around. He even took out my trash for me on the way out the door. I've recommended him to all my single friends (and married ones too with busy or lazy husbands) and would recommend him to you!
