Alfonso and his team were great. He came out to my house and provided me an estimate to remove 3 large Italian Cypress trees that were next to my driveway, 1 large Yucca Tree that was in my front yard, and another stump that was in my side yard. He explained everything that was needed to remove the trees and grind the stumps and provided me a very reasonable estimate. They completed the job in 1 day and we are extremely happy with their work. Will definitely hire them in the future to trim a tree we have in the backyard

I was contacted by Alfonso through Thumbtack and he came out the next day to provide a quote for cutting down 2 Palm trees and grinding down the stumps. After getting the quote for that I asked about having some extremely overgrown Birds of Paradise completely removed and trimming some additional palms in my back yard. His prices were reasonable (but not cheap) and he has all of the necessary equipment and Insurance. Alfonso kept in constant contact via text and cell to keep me apprised of what was happening since I was working when they did the work. He was very concerned about me being satisfied with the job and came back to do a final inspection with me. I asked him to trim back one of the palms a bit more and he was more than happy to do it. I'll use Rain Forest again and highly recommend them. No worries with Rain Forest!
