He is the friendliest guy, very non threatening appearance and demeanor. He came when he said he would had my washing machine fixed quickly and told me how to maintenance my refrigerator as it had a noise that could lead to a problem. Also,, was cheaper for the entire call and repair than another company wanted for just showing up. He’s my guy for all appliance issues in future. If you don’t use Niko then well you’re doing it wrong.

Nikita responded promptly and arrived when he said he would. He took a look at the problem, took photographs to document the problem and then explained to me what needed to be done. He then gave an estimate on his work which was correct. Arrived on time , very courteous and professional. Got right to work and after diagnosing the problem explained what the problem was and offered many solutions for fixing or even replacing even if that mean he won’t get the repair job , no pressure for me to decide what I wanted to do and I appreciated that . I will definitely call on him again if needed .

Nik was very thorough with his inspection and evaluation of the washer. Determined the cost out weighed repairing it and recommended I buy a new washer it would be more affordable. His cost for his evaluation was very reasonable.
