Lawrence (aka "josh") was very punctual and responsive. He came out quickly to fix our slow drain and made recommendations on how we were interested in fixing it. We plan on tearing out the whole bathroom later and just needed to have our sink work until it gets done and he made a suggestion at a price point that was fair. He was quick and polite. Will contact him again for future fixes.
